The Home

Harbor Beach is Fort Lauderdale's most coveted address — a quiet waterfront enclave tucked between the Intracoastal and the Atlantic, minutes from everything and insulated from all of it. The beach is a short walk; the water is at your back door.

The house has been remodeled top to bottom around a single standard: the finish level of a superyacht. Floors are high-polish white marble throughout, maintained to a mirror. That is exactly why we ask every guest to leave shoes at the door — the same rule you follow boarding a yacht, and for the same reason. Slippers are provided.

Five bedrooms sleep up to twelve, and the layout is built for groups: four bedrooms are private ensuites — each with its own full bathroom — so four couples, four colleagues, or three generations get hotel-grade privacy under one roof. Two additional bunk rooms and a fifth full bath handle the kids or extra crew.

The Dock

Private dockage suitable for center console watercraft, with a route to the Intracoastal and inlet that manages the fixed bridges. Usable dock length is 80 feet, with shore power at the dock. Five minutes to the Broward County Convention Center and Port Everglades — Harbor Beach is the closest residential neighborhood to both. The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show grounds, the Tortuga Music Festival site, and the Winterfest Boat Parade route are all a short drive or a shorter boat ride away. Las Olas Boulevard and downtown Fort Lauderdale are ten minutes north. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is under fifteen minutes. The beach is a short walk from the door.
